Agents: AI Study Assistants for Your Revision
AI agents are specialized assistants that can help you with past papers, marking, and subject-specific questions—so you can focus on understanding, not searching.
What are agents?
In the context of exam prep, agents are AI helpers trained to work with past papers, marking schemes, and syllabuses. They can answer questions about specific questions, explain mark schemes, suggest how to improve an answer, or walk you through a topic—all in one place, without switching between tabs or documents.
How they support your revision
Instead of a single generic chat, agents can be tuned to a subject, paper, or task. For example, you might use one to focus on a particular O-Level or A-Level subject, or to get feedback on your written answers against the marking scheme. That way you get relevant, syllabus-aware help instead of generic explanations.
Using agents with past papers
The most effective approach is to do the work first: attempt a question or a full paper, then turn to an agent to clarify what you got wrong, why the model answer scores full marks, or how to structure a similar answer next time. Agents work best as a follow-up to your own effort, not a replacement for it.
What’s coming
We’re building agents that integrate closely with PastPrep’s past papers and AI—so you can get help that’s tied to the exact paper you’re doing. Stay tuned for updates, and in the meantime you can use PastPrep AI for explanations and feedback on your answers.
